The company was founded by Enrico Falloni who, in 1982, at the Electronics Department of the Italian Tecnomasio Brown Boveri of Milan, began selling the power semiconductors of BBC, Brown Boveri of Lenzburg (CH) and Lampertheim (D), and subsequently by Asea Drives (Sweden) on the Italian market.

In the following years after the merger between Asea and BBC, Falloni's activity continued as product manager for sales in Italy at ABB.

From 2004 until the end of 2008 Enrico Falloni Electronics represented in Italy the company IXYS SEMICONDUCTOR Gmbh, manufacturing electronic components, from 2004 until 2012 the company KUNZE FOLIEN Gmbh, actives in the thermal management, and from 2009 until 2012 the company CT-CONCEPT, specialized in IGBT and MOSFET drivers.

Currently Enrico Falloni provides consulting services in Italy for the Estonian company ELSOREL which represents in Europe important companies specialized in power electronics such as PROTON-ELECTROTEX and MARKEL.

Collaborations are also active with the University of Milan - Department of Physics - Electronics.
